  • Enrollment in any ZELC course is confirmed only after full payment of the required fee.

  • Students are responsible for ensuring that payment is made through approved and verified methods.

  • Partial or pending payments may result in delayed or denied course access.

2. Class Access & Confidentiality

  • Class links, login credentials, and platform access details are provided exclusively to registered students.

  • Sharing class links, recordings, or access credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

  • Any unauthorized sharing may lead to immediate suspension or termination of enrollment.

3. Course Modifications

ZELC reserves the right to:

  • Adjust course schedules, instructors, or content when necessary to improve quality or address unforeseen circumstances.

  • Notify students in advance of any significant changes.
    All updates will be communicated through email or WhatsApp.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including lectures, presentations, notes, assignments, resources, and recordings, are the exclusive intellectual property of ZELC.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or publication of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

  • Unauthorized use may result in legal action under applicable copyright laws.

5. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

  • Maintain professional and respectful behavior during all live sessions and discussions.

  • Avoid disruptive conduct, misuse of materials, or any actions that interfere with the learning experience of others.
    Repeated violations may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or permanent termination of enrollment.

6. Technical Responsibilities

ZELC ensures that its online platforms and resources are fully functional and accessible.
However, the institute is not liable for technical issues outside its control, including:

  • Internet connectivity problems

  • Device or software malfunctions

  • Power outages or third-party service interruptions
    Support will be provided to help students resolve such issues wherever possible.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions stated in this policy.
Participation in classes implies full acceptance of these terms and ZELC’s policies regarding conduct, privacy, and payments.
