Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All course fees paid to ZELC are non-refundable once enrollment and access have been granted. Students are advised to review all course details carefully before making payment.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made in error

  • Course cancellation by ZELC before the start date

  • Unresolved technical issue preventing access to the course

No refunds will be issued for missed classes, personal schedule changes, or technical problems on the student’s end.

3. Request Process

To request a refund, email zelc.edu@gmail.com within 7 days of payment, including proof of payment and a brief explanation.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
