Ms. Zaynab Kainat

Ms. Zaynab Kainat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Studies from the International Islamic University Islamabad and is currently pursuing her MPhil in Hadith and Its Sciences. With a professional background in teaching, mentoring, and customer service, she combines strong communication and interpersonal skills to enhance customer experience. At ZELC, she leads the customer service function, ensuring each student and associate receives attentive, professional, and friendly guidance, while developing a welcoming and supportive environment.
